The induction will be for a period of 3 weeks and will be delivered through a variety of methods. The first 2 and last 2 days of the program will require all OPMs to be physically in attendance in London. This may include an overnight stay for those whose work location is not London. Reasonable travel/ hotel expenses will be covered by FOS for those whose work location is outside of London.
